Can I get help with my account?

We are always happy to offer assistance with your Ovatu account, and have a wide range of resources at your disposal, including Help GuidesVideo Tutorials as well as our Customer Success Team.

From the Android app, you can access the Guides by tapping on User Manual in the menu


Our Video Tutorials provide video explanations and guidance for a range of topics. From the Android app you can access the Videos by tapping Menu > User Manual >  HELP  >  Tutorials
